We process your data exclusively on the basis of the applicable legal provisions (GDPR, Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 – TKG 2021). This Privacy Policy informs you about the most important aspects of data processing in connection with our website and our coworking memberships (Framework Agreement and Terms & Conditions).

This website uses HTTPS/SSL to ensure the secure transmission of data.

If you contact us using the contact form, the information you provide (name, email address, and message) will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and any follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.

3a. Data Processing in Connection with Coworking Membership

If you enter into a membership agreement with the Share & Create coworking space, we process the data necessary to fulfill the contract. This includes, in particular:

  • Master data: name, company, address, VAT identification number (as specified in the Framework Agreement)

  • Contract data: selected membership, contract start date, duration, termination details

  • Payment data: bank account details or credit card information for direct debit/credit card payments, invoicing data

  • Access data: use of the electronic access system (entry times) for access control and billing purposes

  • Mail handling data related to the agreed mail acceptance and forwarding service

 

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (compliance with legal obligations, particularly commercial and tax retention requirements).

Recipients: Personal data will only be disclosed to third parties where necessary for the performance of the contract (e.g., tax advisors, banks, payment service provider Stripe – see Section 7) or where required by law.

4. Data Processing by Wix.com

This website is created and hosted using the website builder provided by Wix.com Ltd., Nemal St. 40, 6350671 Tel Aviv, Israel.

Wix may process your data outside the European Union (e.g., in Israel and the United States). According to the European Commission, Israel provides an adequate level of data protection. Wix also uses subcontractors in the United States and relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Article 46 GDPR.

External Content / Media: Videos, maps, or social media content may connect to external servers. Such content will only be loaded once you actively click on it.

Payment Service Provider: We use Stripe for payment processing (direct debit and credit card payments).

Stripe processes the payment-related information required to complete transactions (e.g., payment and billing information) in accordance with Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Booking Software / Access System: At present, bookings and payments are handled exclusively through Stripe (see above). No separate booking software or access management tool is currently in use. Should additional software for meeting room reservations or the electronic access system be introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

7a. Data Retention

We store personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the respective processing purpose.

Inquiries submitted via the contact form will be deleted once they have been fully processed and no further follow-up is expected, but no later than 12 months after receipt.

Contractual and invoicing data of members will be retained for the duration of the business relationship and thereafter in accordance with statutory retention requirements (in particular, seven years pursuant to Section 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code (BAO) and seven years pursuant to Section 212 of the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB)).

After the applicable retention period has expired, the data will be deleted unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.

8. Your Rights

You have the right at any time to:

  • Obtain information about your stored personal data (Article 15 GDPR)

  • Request the correction of inaccurate data (Article 16 GDPR)

  • Request the deletion of your personal data (Article 17 GDPR)

  • Request the restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR)

  • Receive your data in a portable format (Article 20 GDPR)

  • Object to the processing of your personal data (Article 21 GDPR)

  • Withdraw any consent you have given (Article 7(3) GDPR), without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal
